One of Mr M's male friends had always let on that he fancied me so one night after we had been out for drinks etc he called his bluff and asked if he wanted to join us.

That was over 10 years ago and its just evolved from that really.

Pretty much this. We had been using threesome and swapping fantasies in the throes of naked gymnastics. It kind of went from there.
