You use a 12" rules, put one end at the base of your penis, mark on your penis where the ruler ends, then measure again from that point and add the 2 measurements to get the total length - well that's how I have to do it; hope this helps.

I do not think the question is genuine as anybody who knows how to type could get a rough measurement themselves, if you have ocd and want to measure it to the millimeter then I get the question why want to be so precice?
