Brighton - even Hove!

No. I’m always slightly alarmed by the love honey adverts saying you can send things back after a year - for them to be resold on?! No fanks

Yes, I have. It was a brand new vibe that just would not work. She got her rubber gloves out to inspect it! I got a replacement.

I do regually wear out my vibes. Even the mains ones.

off topic slightly. I used to work for a company that made and repaired medical instruments. The endoscopes were sometimes returned for repair having been used but not cleaned...

I have it on good authority that some of the stuff they see back is pretty grim (and some of the reasons hilarious).

Wouldn’t have said so. Couple of times a week maybe? I get usb charge toys - more expensive but no batteries to change - but sometimes they stop charging! AS are good about swapping them for a new one though!

This time I’ve just bought a couple of rabbits from Lovehoney though. Much less expensive but not tried them out yet. Just hope the return policy is as good if they stop working! X

Have taken a remote control vibe that didn't work properly back and a crop that, Ummm, fell apart.

Both sorted quickly & with good humour

I can imagine if you were doing that job you'd have to find the funny side to it. They should print some of the reasons items are returned so everyone can laugh at the tales

Iceland, but Aldi is closer..

An ex was an Ann Summers rep back in the 90's, I used to have to repair customers toys fairly regularly when they stopped working after a few uses.

I am sure some were still coated in dried fanny batter when they were given to me.. I scunnered at the thought of it now, didn't seem to bother me then.. Perhaps I am getting soft in my old age..
