In my experience, most guys don't actually have a clue.

More so, probably. The head of the clitoris and the glans (head of the penis) have around the same number of nerve endings (about five to eight thousand). Most articles I looked up actually cited slightly more for the clitoris than the glans. Of course the clitoris is smaller then the penis which means more nerve endings per unit of area, suggesting a higher sensitivity.

Of course lots of other things come into play with sensation and it's really quite difficult to measure without the ability to jump from one body with a penis to another with a clitoris to compare .
