Either set up a couples profile with your friend and try to arrange meets with ladies.

Get your friend to arrange it from her single ladies profile.

Visit a club together and see if you can find someone who wants to play with both of you.

You will find it difficult to arrange from your single man profile because most ladies are not very trusting of men who try to arrange ffm. This is because in many cases the "friend" often doesn't exist and is mysteriously unable to make it when the meet is arranged, however the male can still meet!
