stupid things people say to change your mind

I'm sure we all had been in touch with one of these "lovely" people who can't accept rejection basically (even if told nicely) so they send one or lots of messages back to try to convince you to change your mind but are absolutely ridiculous. Any funny examples? So far, I've had:

- guys who insult me (cow was yesterday, I'm definitely changing my mind after that...)

- the ones that try to save face: I had one recently who said "oh I didn't want to sleep with you anyway"

Either that I’m missing out on the most awesome sexual experience in the century, that they’ll “reward” me in some way or that they’ve just realised that I’m too old/fat/ugly etc and that the enquiry had been a joke.
