Personally i don’t think I look my best at the gym ... rarely have make up on unless I’ve gone straight from work , hair scraped up into a ponytail and a sweaty mess

Maybe I should be one of those mums that just wears gym gear to pose dropping the kids off rather than actually stepping foot in the gym pmsl

I was in the gym recently using the rowing machine. I caught sight of this rather hot looking blonde looking in my direction. We exchanged a few glances and smiles before she came over to chat to me. To cut a long story short she mentioned that she’d seen me on a well known sight where there are loads of fish. Within the hour she was riding me for all she was worth back at my house. The gym gear has a wonderful effect on the female bodily form.

Don't believe a word of it. I've been to several hundred gym classes all over the country, gyms teaming with people. People rarely talk unless they're a gym buddy.

Glances rarely turn to stares.

I'd struggle to recognise anyone's instagram filtered face on the street.

In short,don't stop doing those rowing exercises.
