Just wondering if anyone has ever been groped or has groped someone on the train?

This has happened to me on the London underground.

I was standing on the train holding the bar, when a beautiful lady came and pushed her breasts against my hand. When I looked up at her she just smiled, I smiled back but had to back off as I was with a lady.

Having fun on the London tube with a partner during rush hour is a big fantasy of mine. During the summer particularly its hard not to daydream and yes there are times that I sometimes wonder if a woman is accidentally on purpose getting that little bit too close.

Yes, but not in a good way.

I think this happens by accident in crowded or busy places a lot. I know squeezing past someone involves some sort of body contact but as long as it is genuinely just squeezing past with no ulterior motive I don’t see the problem.

If someone makes a beeline for you in a public place then that’s is not cool but pushed together by circumstance is different.

A sexual assault is any deliberate unwanted touching where the touching is sexual. That's the legal definition.

In this case it seems the pushing of the breasts was deliberate and certainly pushing your breasts against someone would be seen as sexual. Hence the only thing stopping it being a sexual assault was that it wasn't unwanted.

However as, on most occasions, unsolicited sexual touching of a stranger in a public place is likely to be unwanted, I wouldn't advise it.
