Oh I’m sorry to hear that

It was horrible - I had no idea I was pregnant again. Thought it was just my period coming and the cramps were just as painful and horrible as always (I hate that time of the month) but it was every four-five minutes or so I was in pain, then I clued up to what was going on!

Hoping to be pregnant by the end of the year, but not holding out too much xx

I just wish I knew how to shut my body up from wanting it so badly.

Sending lots of love.xxx I don't know if it's something you've heard of but a friend of mine had multiple miscarriages, and she ended up sending a sample of her hair off (somewhere! I don't know the company unfortunately) to be tested for vitamin deficiencies. She then upped the relevant vitamins (one was definitely iron I remember) and she's since gone on to have two surviving children. Trying to conceive can be incredibly draining. Keeping my fingers crossed for you guys.xx

I’m anaemic so already on iron tablets. You get vitamins when you’re pregnant (can’t remmeber the name of them!) and I went to the doctors after my last miscarriage and she told me to keep taking them while I’m trying. I also take other vitamins! I’m only 21, been pregnant three times so hopefully nature will take its course soon enough but thank you so much for the advice xxxx
