I see this quite a bit it's never been a problem or offended me I usually just give them a smile and a nod! I wouldn't report them for doing whatever they want in their own car. However if there was kids about I'd have a word or two....

When I was fourteen my dad went into a shop and I stayed in the car. It was summer and I had my window down, listening to music. Man in a car, parked a few spaces down, taps on his window, I look, he winks at me, and looks down at his cock! It was absolutely awful, I felt so disgusting and dirty. I put my window up and put my head down, in tears. As my dad came out the shop he drove off. No cameras nearby, but we did report it. My dad would have killed him if he caught him.

it doesn't matter wether it offends you or not, a park is somewhere for everyone to feel safe and enjoy time and space what ever their doing regardless of wether kids are around or not.. Someone wanking in a car wants a good hiding in a way they'll never do it again..... I don't think a individual could be much sadder or Petherick to sit there playing with there's elves getting a kick out of someone may see... Chances are someone who did see wouldn't want to....

I guess if you was at a know dogging spot at 10:30 pm on a Tuesday evening then perhaps anyone who saw your display is probably there for the same reason.

However if you did it at 10:30 am in broad daylight on a Saturday morning with the chance of offending someone then I would report or have a strong word.
