Many things...

I've not had any bad experiences myself. I was in a club once tho when everyone came running out of the orgy room (I was safely at the bar thankfully) when one of the ladies had a little mishap after a little overindulgence with booze and anal sex....poo everywhere apparently. That must've been pretty bad

I felt bad for the girl, she was mortified. I felt worse for the unsuspecting people who were shat on.
