Nice surprise!

When I logged in today I'd received an unsolicited message from a lovely lady. Being a single male, it's hard enough to get a response from the messages I send so what a bonus!

Hopefully this post will not degenerate into some kind of sexfest, but what nice surprises have you had recently

My kids put their money together while in town to buy me an Easter egg. They came out of the shop trying their best to hide it. They gave it to me when they got home. I thought it was such a sweet thing to do.

I had my hospital appointment to see how my injury is healing up. I'm doing really well, and I can begin my transition back to normal. (Which will be long and slow, but I wasn't expecting to hear that)
