I guess it depends on people's interpretation of the word slut. Now and again you will see people who have literally hundreds of verifications and they have only been on the site for 6 months or so. These are probably the "real sluts". As for behaving like a slut in the bedroom, that's a different matter, you could just have a limited number of sexual partners but still use the label slut. I use it on here because I am happy to meet guys and then just take it like a cheap slut.

Sure that word gets used in a derogatory way by people who disapprove of sexual promiscuity, so as a result people have the right not to want to associate with that word even if they are promiscuous. However many swingers, myself included, like to reclaim that word, and have every right to do so. As long as that word is not used directly at someone who finds the word offensive or used in order to cause offence.

It's all about context.
