If you were out shopping and you recognised someone off here that you had never met but that were on your friends list?

This actually happened to me the other day in Asda though I don't think they had seen a pic of me (they had seen wifey's) was a bit strange as didn't know whether to introduce myself or leave them to it. What would you have done?

Lol I had this happen to me a few weeks back whilst I was swimming at my local pool. The guy came straight upto me and asked, would have been funny though if he got the wrong person he wasnt very discreet. x

I'd march right up to them and say in a loud voice ' hi - seen you on the swingers site, like the look of you both - wanna come back for a shag?' oh - are these your children and they're your in laws?' not to worry - no one will say anything!

What the heck do you want to happen?????????????????????

Some questions just don't needto be asked - or do they? Z

Wow was just a question so why the sarcastic tone??? I personally didn't do anything I was just trying to strike up conversation and find out other peoples experiences. If thats the way people are going to talk to you then next time I just won't fucking bother

if they arent friends, they arent on my friends list,so its not a problem for me.

As for the critism of your question, dont take it too heart, but it did sound like you were asking for advice, maybe next time you want to start a debate....

"Has anyone here ever bumped into someone from the site,or recognised someone of their profile pic...i havnt but i am not sure what i would do,not sure how fancy a 3some would go down in asda"

Do you see the difference?

Ty I do indeed see the difference. Hadn't thought there had been any chance of confusion from my wording but next time I'll pay more care and attention

Rushden

We have met a very sexy fem in the freezer section of our local supermarket. She was with her young daughter and we said hi, had a chat like vanillas do and went on our way. Can't see the point in ignoring someone we have shagged or really want to shag! No need for it to be a sexual conversation.

On the other side of the coin is what happened to us in Lidl.. We were at the checkout and about to go through the till when someone shourted out "Rumour"! Along with everyone else at the checkout, we looked round and there were a local couple who had mailed us. "It's us, **** & *****. We mailed you last night"

Like everyone else, we looked bemused and round the place to see who they were talking to and got out as fast as we could! There is a way to chat to people and a way not to. Just a simple Hi would do and any conversation would depend on the response and privacy.

Asda Ashton, Harpurhey, Eastlands & Hulme are hotbeds of bumping into people you know off line.

Same goes for Sainsbury's Ashton & Salford, Tesco's Cheetham Hill, Gorton & Failsworth.

I now go shopping in a blonde wig and dark glasses !

OMG...i cant believe that...like you say its context, because of the area we live in there is one large supermarket serving a large area,so we have bumped into swinging friends a few times...with family around we just catch up on real life stuff.

South West London / Surrey

I have seen people out and about that I have recognised from photos online. Have always waited until I got home to drop them a quick email to test the waters.

Have then arranged to meet for a coffee at a later date

Not exactly the same I went to see some potential clients a few weeks ago and the guy was someone I had been chatting to and was on my friends list! It was fairly cringeworthy but felt sorry for his wife as he was on here as a single guy! Needless to say that I don't chat to him anymore!
