Usually a facial comes at the end of a meet, so we'd presume you'd know the person pretty well by that stage, firstly building a report through messages on here before maybe moving it to an instant mesaaging app, if its a hotel meet we're pretty confident you'd have a drink or two at the bar together, to relax and to make sure their is a certain amount of chemistry between everyone involved and to further built up the sexual tension, before moving upstairs to get to know each other a little more intimately.

So by that stage we are guessing everyone involved would know each other well enough to go through with want you are suggesting, as long as it is what everyone wants of course.
