Hi I'm just wanting to know what girls think of a lad with a ball removed. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and had to have one removed I personal think it doesn't look to bad though but I think it might make me a bit reluctant to meet when when my treatment is over. I can understand not many people would have seen something like that but would appreciate any thoughts.

A friend of mine had to have a testicle removed when he was still in school , he ended up leaving school with a kid on the way so I don’t think women mind too much lol

Testosterone production increases in the remaining testicle,to compensate and they can put an artificial one in.So there should never be a reason for any guy to fear the loss of one,especially if you consider the alternative.

We recently were in a situation where this could have happened to my partner. He didn't care and I cared less than that.

It isn't important to most women.

I used to go out with a lad who only had one testicle and i never noticed until he mentioned it in passing which was about 5 months into a physical relationship

My son was born with only one proper testicle and he does fine he's 29 and has a son.

I have a false boob and I'm self conscious about it. But does get better with time.

What can I say he’s was a decent chap so it worked for me
