We played strip jenga once with a guy,two losses had my missus down to her lingerie, but it was taking too long so we just pushed the tower over and played the other game we there for.

That's why you have to mark up the pieces with forfeits and treats. That also tempts people to go for pieces that they shouldn't really be going for.
