Have you done a search in your preferred age range. Certain clubs also run cubs and cougar nights, it might be worth seeing if there's one in your area.

Perhaps if you expanded your profile to indicate your age preferences (rather than just going with the default) and included something in your profile text about your interests and why you have them it might help OP?

I wouldn't say crude as such but quite a few younger men think that older women can't get sex or that men their own age aren't up to it. That isn't true but your comment made me think that you think that way.
