Get a beginner plug, preferably silicone, steel or glass as these are body safe. Jelly/rubber toys are porous and harbor bacteria no matter how much you try and clean it.

Just type in beginner plug. Lovehoney has great advice in their site and YouTube channel.

Live is highly recommend, you can't ever use too much.

Have you had any kind of anal at all if you have you could start with something a little bigger if you search beginner bit plug it should give you suggestions. If you have not had anal I would say start with only say 3 inches and not two wide and yes plenty of lube.
