Hello Ladies and Gents how are we all?

I am just curious and not speaking from experience, a "friend".. Anyway so you get chatting to someone on here and exchange quite a few messages, you make them laugh, they make you laugh, you chat for days, couple weeks, you talk about meeting but its just finding the right time, you think their personality is great and you definately want to meet them...

then you log onto FAB and onto their profile and see that they have a NEW Meeting Verification from a guy/girl "last night".... Do YOU get jealous/dishearted/narked! Or are you not bothered...

why would it bother me?

if id been chatting a few weeks the chances are id have met and been verified in that time so not bothered if they do lol

due to the nature of our lifestyle, jealousy has no place, you take each meet on its own basis, there are a few ladies on here that I have chated to for quite a while, but never had the chance to meet up for one reason or another, I dont get jealous when I see a new verification, am happy for them

Don't let it bother you,really

I usually have to plan in advance,while I may not be meeting someone im talking to right now,it does'nt mean im not meeting someone that I had made plans with weeks ago

But if you feel you can't get a date from her to meet you then just ask her to get in touch when shes ready to make plans,is shes interested then she will

I wouldn't be put out. Generally speaking, I like to have two weeks worth of meets/plans made.

So whilst I'm messaging people, including the good people of Inverness, some of whom think I'm always dressed and just itching to travel 400 miles at any time of the day just for them, I normally already have one in the pipe line.

The only time it would bother me, is if someone arranged a meet and then never came on line to give me their address, because they'd taken a better offer. I can accept that I'm not going to be everyone's first choice (dammit!), but I do like to be told that something is cancelled.

I agree and maybe their 'new' meet just happened to be there at the right time/place.... plus may of been chatting to them longer than you

No I wouldn't be jealous, wouldn't even think about it, there should be no exclusivity here. I would just carry on chatting and certainly wouldn't mention the veri.

If it was the same night he'd cancelled a meet with me due to his cat's granny being ill there might be problems. I wouldn't be jealous though, more likely furious!

Otherwise definitely not jealous. I'd probably ask how it went.

Story of my online life mate, i don'ty get jelous... but i tend to say cool etc, then after talking think - it's typical me again, mr have a laugh who isn't worth meeting - i don't get jelous but it annoys me a little, but somehow i always blame myself... because they met another person because obviously that person was better than me, because they had the opinion to meet me instead and didn't

gotta improve things till i'm not refusable... is the way i look at it

Obviously i'm happy someone i know had fun, i really don't do jelousy - i'd even like to hear all the meet details if i was welcome to hehehehehe

As previous post said as long as they haven't arranged/let you down on the said date how can you be jealous?? This is a swingers site where lots of couples watch as their partner plays, if you get jealous in the slightest (or ur friend) I would delete the profile!

Wouldn't bother us in the slightest and can't see why it would. We'd be peed off like someone said above if we'd arranged to meet and been cancelled with a feeble excuse then found out they'd met someone else that same night but we'd just move on. No place for jealousy in swinging in my view. Ms

Wouldnt bother me, but then i dont go checking people i knows verifications. The other person may have lived nearer, been chatting longer or was just available at the same time.

I dont discuss other meets i have with people or expect them to discuss them with me.

if your getting jealous of a prosective meet, meeting other people before you, then your in the wrong place.

one thing that does not belong in swinging in jealousy.. end of the day.. its all about meeting people for NSA (with the occasionally potential friend for life thrown in).

your going to meet people, she / they will meet other people. you have to live with it.

i had a guy go nuts at me cos i went on a meet,and not went to see him,tolled me he didnt play 2nd fiddle,was like wtf it a swingner site.i even deleted my profile.and them think to my self way on hell should i.if i didnt come back i would never meet ad

I'm not interested in what people get up to sexually when they are not interacting with me - that's between them and whoever they have chosen to meet.

That doesn't mean I'm not interested in what's gone on in their lives if we are just generally chatting and getting on - I just don't need (or want) to know the finer details.

I would concentrate more on making sure our own chats turned into something more physical - if that's what we both wanted.

You are, by the nature of meeting various sexual partners, going to meet some people that will make your 'weebles wobble' more than others.

But you have to remember that they are not here exclusively for your pleasure and attention and neither should you be here exclusively for theirs.

As someone said above, there is no place for jealousy within swinging - but as with most things in life, there is a place for disappointment.

If you go into this with any ideas of exclusivity, you are going to be disappointed on quite a regular basis !

So someone get there before you...as this is a swing site there are loads of reasons why you did not meet...It is nice to see that people meet up and have fun, that is the point after all.

I am very lucky do not feel the emotion of Jealousy. So never give it another thought. Just look forward to my meeting.

Doesnt bother me at all.. just shows me that they are genuine and meeting..

I have however had someone get the arse when I decided to have a few new playmates... and suddenly new verifications started showing.. very sad really..

I don't think there's anything wrong with a brief moment of feeling miffed. After all, human nature involves a certain competitive drive to win, and to be the best.

Just don't let it develop into a sense of posessiveness or jealousy, as that is dangerous in this situation.

I wouldn't call it jealousy, more like envy that someone else had got to play with someone I'd really like to play with too. I'd keep it in good humour though as all good things come to those who wait, and in the meantine you go play with someone else.

No doubt the other person will not be miffed if she does not see you first before others. She will be happy for you, glad to see that you're active and that in itself may precipitate your both meeting.

It's an easy pitfall to end up in, only fuelled by some uncertainty.. With time, and answers...

No doesn't bother us at all, infact we are pleased that are having fun and enjoying themselves.

But we have had a couple of problems in the past, when others got jealous & possessive after we met others and they saw new verifications.

Im failing to see why this would bother anyone ... as people have said its a swinging site not wait till i have time to meet and until then fuck nobody site!!!

If this does bother anyone perhaps it is time to re-evaluate what exactly it is you are looking for cause my guess is its more a partner than sex.

I did worry about this when I first joined the site, but then the person I'd met with could have been someone I was trying to meet up with for ages and things had just come right at that time.

Also I have different needs at different times - some people I meet very quickly for a one off and never see again, others I chat with for ages and form genuine friendships with, but take ages to feel ready for a meet. Can't really explain why it happens, but I'm def. aware that it does.
