Why is it people expect you to share your face pic then won't return the favour.

Who knows. Maybe you sent theirs, then realised you weren’t their type. Maybe they don’t like photos of themselves. Maybe they aren’t who they say they are, and just wanted to see you. Maybe they recognised you. Who knows?

As somebody said above...

Perhaps they saw your face pic and thought "Nah! He doesn't do it for me. This is going nowhere."

In which case, sending you their face pic would be pointless.
