Personally I would still play with a pregnant lady. Though I never have before.

When I was preggers my libido went up ten fold so was insatiable. Just take extra precautions when playing and make sure those you play with have had recent sti checks. (With proof of results)

I think pregnant women are super beautiful but I don't feel sexual about them in anyway.
