A conundrum!

So....as you can see from my profile...Im ideally looking for a long term partner who is interested in the swinging scene and would want to continue that as part of a relationship.

Now, I'm also on a couple of 'regular' dating sites and I'd like to hint at that in my profile but not spell it out to the whole world ..ie friends/work colleagues who may see the profile.

Any thoughts?

Not really any help but am in the same situation and have just wrote profile on Vanilla site saying exactly what I want... what you seek isn’t illegal and we only live once best to live it to the full.

Best of luck x

Well If I were still living up there Id certainly apply for the position lol sweet pics xx

But in answer to the op Ive been searching for something very similar and I'm coming around to thinking that these friends just do not exist, or if they do you gotta be damn lucky.

The longer I live the more I realise that unless you state exactly what you want you're not going to get it. If you want a coffee with an extra shot it's no good asking the barista for a regular coffee then when you've d*unk half say "actually I wanted an extra shot in that". Same with meeting someone on the net, you will get what you ask for (if you're lucky).

Also it's faintly humiliating to meet someone and have them explain that actually they want something a bit different to what they initially said. It makes you feel you've met them under false presences.

If I were you I would put a phrase like "interested in the alternative" or "not vanilla" then raise the subject at your first meeting. If friends and colleagues ask what you mean smile enigmatically and remind them that their business is theirs to mind

A friend of mine who we've long suspected of being involved in swinging accidentally mentioned fab instead of Facebook to me the other day . I just smiled

I'd use phrases like 'only live once' 'hedonistic and liberated attitude to life' and 'sharing the adventure' in my profile if I were you.

Not specific, but intreguing.

Non Vanilla Land

I’m in the same boat ... I tend to spell it out now I’m afraid ... most men are so intellectually challenged they find it very hard to pick up subtle hints

I'd happily be more direct...but Ive seen friends of friends and clients on the 'vanilla' sites which may not do my professional reputation any good in their small minded world !

I was going to suggest something similar to this, anyone looking for the same thing will know exactly what you mean.

My husband and I were very open with each other about what sort of relationship we wanted right from the start. In my opinion, a healthy relationship is built on openness and trust, and you have to start building a strong foundation from the outset.

Good luck OP.
