As far as I understand it, hotwifing is cuckolding without the humiliation or chastity element - hubby still gets to sleep with wife. Cucks tend to have a degree of humiliation & often are not always allowed to play sexually with their wife, or can only do certain things with them.

But as long as everyone is happy with what they’re doing, I don’t think it matters too much how you do it or what label you use!!
