Disasterous Meets.....

Having been on the site for a few months, we've stuck to our intention to try to spend time communicating with selected people to try and get to know them as best we can before contemplating meeting socially to see where that leads to. We consider that a basic precaution to increase the odds of a successful sexual encounter.

Is anyone willing to relate any of their bad experiences when meeting people as we're feeling quite close to taking the plunge and arranging our first meet and would enjoy the security of knowing that we've successfully avoided any pitfalls, obvious or otherwise......

be mindful not to over prepare, it may become clinical.

go with the flow, know your boundaries, communicate them, listen to those of others.. agree them and have fun.

and always avoid excessive alcohol.

have a great 1st meet... hope it is everything and more xx

There`s only so much you can do online...

If I was to make a suggestion...meet socially first...a drink in a nice pub etc....

It doesn`t commit you in any way, and leads to great communication on the way home..and great foreplay to yer first meet, if they tick the boxes....if it doesn`t feel right....DON`T GO AHEAD...its not worth the risk of a dissappointment...and there`s plenty of time..

Best o luck..

P.S...Stay positive...

Take your time, meet socially with a _iew to playing if everyone is happy, dont be afraid to say no thanks...but dont bottle out if you feel good but nervous...everyone has a first time....have fun and dont feel pressured into doing anything that you dont feel comfortable with...there are other times ahead once the ice is broken.

A friend off another site ~ met a guy on here ,that stole £20 from her purse whilst she went to the lou @ his flat!!

She attempted to write about it~attempting to Warn other ppl to be far more careful(mentioning no names, dates, times etc) & was then banned for a 48hr period for "attempting to ("wash her dirty linen in public!") by the Monitors "seriously!!

Since that happened,we've both been far more careful ~after all ~ you DON'T really know these ppl do you?? ~ We've BOTH heard this b4 aswell off other members~ and TBH in cases as "cut and dried " as this 1 ~these ppl need to be "named and shamed" 100% ~ SURELY!!! ????? ~ i bet any money this message is pulled aswell ~ fingers X'e it's allowed to be published ~as it's really relevant x

An acquaintance of mine from another site (and country) had a disastrous first meet. The guy she’d been chatting to for a while turned up at her house as arranged (a bad move in my opinion) and was at least a foot shorter than he’d claimed. Was probably ten or more years older and was in no fit state to fuck her all night as he’d boasted.

As he had driven over 100 miles she felt sorry for him. She gave him a BJ and a cup of coffee then sent him home. Bless!

As long as you take care to find out as much as you can about personality, wants and needs, you won't have a "bad" meet. Over time not all will be mind blowing but they'll still be good.

Taking your first step is like standing at the side of a pool wondering if the waters cold. Once you're in it's lovely! Take the plunge!

all the preparation online/chat/phone before a meet will be meaningless if that "something" just isn't there, but don't despair, it isn't the end of the world and if all parties are aware of this, you've met someone socially, gained more experience and you all can move on from there
