Somewhere / Everywhere /Kinksville

Only ever witnessed this at one club on one occasion.

The only opposition you’ll get from us, is if you label straight and then message telling us you’re really bi

"What's with all the Negative waves aimed at Bisexual Men???? "

I assume the OP is simply referring to the large number of straight people (predominantly m/f couples I think), who state that they don't meet with Bi men.

Same as all forum posts.. What starts off as a debate, ends up with trolls and keyboard warriors chucking their 10 pence worth in to try and cause waves.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but there'll always be someone who doesn't like it and throw the race card, homophobe card, size card etc in there to get the person with a differing opinion banned or ridiculed. It's the nature of forums sadly.

Best thing is, if you're going to have your say, say it and then expect a ban if you think someone isn't going to like it, because the report button is for the snowflakes and there's thousands of them about.

The only time we are arsy (excuse the pun) with single bi guys is when you get the familiar one line message which usually goes like I'm free fancy a fuck you two. Because we get bombarded like most couples we say no to most with exception to the few who fit what we are looking for and are not more than 30 ISH miles from us.

If a guy matches what we're looking for, we have no issue if he's bi or not.

We play safe so there's no bigger risk with a bi guy than there is with a straight guy as far as I'm concerned.

But I suspect the buzz word 'preference' will be the reason for those who choose not to. Which is just as ok as those who will.

You can't please everyone so just concentrate on those who don't mind rather than wasting time getting annoyed at those who do.

Hostility? Or not wanting to meet them? The 2 things aren't always the same...each to their own

Haha yes - it amazes me how many people think others preferences are "hostile" because it excludes them

Let's be honest a lot of it comes from the male half of couples who think every bi guy will pounce on them if they are in distance.

One of the issues in the bi-guy threads are the constant inferences that people who don't meet bi-guys are in fact closet bi themselves and in denial.

Granted, it may be true in some case, but not in all.

So frankly, if bi-guys and people who meet bi-guys keep churning out that old chestnut they can frankly expect hostility from people pissed off about being told what they aren't by people who don't know them from Adam.

Not in our case. Wifey finds the whole man-on-man idea wierd.

Again, somebody claiming to know everything about countless people she's never met. Nice one Mystic Meg.

As we don't hang around forum posts all day we will just reply to this saying if you're going to do a little name calling about one of us make sure youve got the right one.

I would not class it as hostility to be honest. Bi erasure and bi invisability is still a issue in this country in general not just o n here.

There is also a wider exceptance around bi sexuality in women than in men. I dont think the male bi community has helped with that because so many keep it secret its still seen as a minority part of the lgbt community.

On here its not hatefull for someone to say no to bi men unless you understand the reasons behind it. If their feelings are that all bi men are riddled with STis then that is hateful.

If there simply dont want to play with a bi man then thats their choice. I would suggest that you then block them people move on and find someone who loves bi men. They are out there as we have met a few lol

I would also say ironically that alot of the couples who say they will not play woth bi men have proberbly played with bi men without knowing it due to the amount that keep it secret.

In my working life I find it easier to distinguish between bi men (who acknowledge they are bi, even if they're closeted or discrete) and men who have sex with men, who effectively erase their own sexuality.

If you look at it from a risk management / public health perspective men who have sex with men are a different set of challenges to bi men, or to queer men. In my working life I've advised on how to get even basic public health messages out to the MWHSWM community, which is a very different task to getting messages out to the LGBTQ community.

I've no doubt that there still lurks, from a generation ago, the prejudice about bi men being a vector for transmission of STIs and HIV into the heterosexual community. There again, choices made on the basis of incomplete or weak information are not unique to the straight community, so that's no big surprise, and I'm not here to exercise my SJW tendencies.

When all's said and done, individual preference cuts both ways. We wouldn't put it on our profile because we're not that actively hunting for lots of partners, but if you're male and straight you probably don't tick our box either. If that's a shock or offends you, I'm really sorry but I don't have the bandwidth for that debate.

It certainly is. I find them a lot more considerate than most straight men on here.

Very good point about the mwhswm. If i ever play with another guy that's exactly how i identify really. I share no affinity with the lgbtvs community. I just do what i like, when i like.

Hi its probably not negative just a personnel choice.

However it does make me smile when i read profile that state wont meet bi guys.

Judging by the number of messages i used to get before i blocked single guys and experience of sometime not only here but clubs and in the dogging scene.

The reality is those couple that wont meet bi guys already have they i.e the guy doesn't own up to it because he doesn't want to spoil his chances.

Go to Bi Party and see how many ST8 guys are there

Is that like straight people who don't fuck?

I'm sure there's a label for that...
