Do women with tattoos hide them in their pictures? As when we look at profiles it can say heavily tattooed but the pics show a few if any. Is there a reason they hide them possibly if they’re easily recognisable etc

Some hide their tattoos because it might make people realise who they are and they don't want them to know!

I hide mine because they are all unique and very easily identifiable. In the industry I work in, it would not be a good thing for me to be outed on here.

In the same way that people don’t always choose to show face pics, I imagine many people with unique tattoos which would identify them would rather keep them hidden.

I've taken them off one picture but the rest I keep hidden. They're quite distinctive and I don't want people to know who I am unless I've chosen to tell them!

Yes but as we all know if you upload a pic on Facebook with them on and then Google image search there is a good chance of finding you.

I used to hide my face pics but then realised that my tattoos are on full display on a lot of them. So I don’t hide my face so much now. If anyone recognised me it’s becaus they’re on here too. I’m single with no kids so not too concerned.

Yeah people can be instantly recognisable from their tattoos, if everybody showed their ink you would recognise a good few locals. I don't show any of mine for this reason

I put on a pair of elbow length gloves to cover my tattoo. I don't want people recognizing me from it. I don't hide it if it's a fully clothed pic though xxx

Same reason I don't show my face on my public profile. Not everyone who looks at my profile is someone I want to meet, so I see no need for them to be able to come up to me and identify me away from Fab. I say have tattoos on my profile so those who don't like them can make an informed choice to avoid me. Simple.

Same reason guys with tattoos hide them.

For me they make me easily identifiable, the same reason we don't publicly display face pics. The larger piece on my back in particular as it's a custom design and also includes our children's (unusual combo) names - and they have nothing to do with our meets obviously.

Depends on what you class as heavily tattooed I suppose.

Several small tattoos which are easily hidden isn’t heavily tattooed in my opinion. A full sleeve or a big back piece would be.

It’s down to perception mostly

Same here, I get recognised at clubs and festivals because of my tats. Specifically my peacock that runs from rib to foot on my left side.
