Just found myself put off from messaging someone as all the veris were from webcams. Is this a usual reaction do you think? They said they were looking to meet, but their veri's seem to say otherwise.

No, I do the same. Webcam is fantasy. Does not translate to real life.

A webcam veri proves that the person matches the pictures.

A meet veri can be like an MOT, valid at the time but no guarantee of future performance.

Perhaps sometimes we should look more for the reasons to meet rather than the consistently negative approach often taken of finding reasons not to meet.

Veries by cam or any other way prove nothing other than a person exists...

The only way anything works here is if people do meet rather than run away from meets...

Isn't that the reason the site exists?

I do think that there are an awful lot of fakes hiding behind webcams and dodgy verifications, I would say 25% on here have no intention of meeting

Can we clarify the difference between a timewaster and a fake.

Surely a fake is someone who falsifies their identity on here.

A timewaster would be someone who genuinely exists, arranges a meet but doesn't turn up.

If it helps, there are also people who have real lives and sometimes that real life gets in the way of meeting.

Webcam veris only suggest a non swinging, attention seeking person and when we get the odd message off people with webcam only veris we ignore and delete

web cam veri's = means nothing they should be stopped like the old phone ones all they mean is the person is on cam I want to read veri's that state the person/s turn up at least

And to frank, a lot of webcam veris aren't. They're snapchat veris. I've been asked several time to verify women who've sent me a couple of pictures. Declined obviously only for someone else to do it. It's bollocks obviously

We only like to webcam and our veris and prof reads that way

However if they been on a long time and only have webcam veris then it could b a sign

Starting to think the site needs breaking down into genuine canners and genuine swingers

Verifications do not guarantee someone will turn up, just means that at some point they have!

I wouldn't meet someone who only had web cam veri's nor would I meet anyone who's veri's are all from hidden profiles!

I get what you mean. I'd be put off messaging someone if their veris were all from social meets. Meeting for a coffee and meeting for a fuck should not be classed as the same in my eyes

Web cam veris are a big problem for those who really meet . Why ? Because the site allows you to get the verified tick from a webcam veri , and you don’t have to show it was from a webcam , so the mug wanting a meet thinks you’re a genuine swinger who meets up , when you haven’t .

Crazy but true .

And no , we would rather risk an unverified meet than a meet with someone who has only webcam veris .

Agreed. It would put me off. Also when someone has been on the site for a few years and has only coffee meets as veri's it just makes me wonder as well.

We have a mixture of webcam veris and meet veris. To be honest though we have had more meets than displayed due to the fact we only do club meets. Both here in England and Abroad. Lots of people who we have met are not members of FAB, but they have been awesome meets.

I personally think people put too much emphasis on meeting only people with veris. FAB is a fickle world, but, clubs are the real playground. Xxxxx Suzi
