Takes time and patience, the ratio of males to females is shocking and no single guy is likely to get a meet more than, say, a couple of times a month if your one of the lucky ones.

Your atrocious spelling does you no favours in my opinion.

Your extremely narrow preference for Black ladies is just bordering on the madly unrealistic

Patience, wit, manners, presentation as teh previous poster advised you and in my opinion you need to begin all four of those qualities from scratch.
