Ok so I'm not a lady but I have been on the "receiving end" when using textured condoms. They don't feel any different. The dots are too flexible so they just flatten out and aren't felt.

I don't know as a lady refused me because I had extra safe not dotted. Just wondering if it's only her thing or in general females prefer dotted condoms.

In my experience dotted condoms are very uncomfortable and cause soreness. I wouldn't have sex with a guy using one.
