why is it that couples say they want to meet guys ,you take your time to read thier profile so you no what they are wanting from i guy , and they just delete your message without reading , ??a no thanks would fine if nothing else

What a lot of people do before reading messages is look at the profile of the person sending it

If you're not what they're looking for then they won't bother reading the message

Interesting that you should mention couples.

I know they'll be queuing up to slag me, but, in my experience thus far I'd say that couples are now ahead of ladies when it comes to ignorance and simply deleting mail rather than doing the decent thing and replying, even if it's only a "no thanks"!!

Im not going to slate you,everyone has their opinion and this is mine

I don't always reply,I try to but sometimes don't for what ever reason

But I would never ever moan about not receiving a reply from a message we have sent

I just take it that they're not interested I don't assume they're rude or ignorant,I don't know them,their situation or the reason they hav'nt replied,what I do is get on with life and enjoy it

We always reply to messages we recieve that we have solicited by our profile, unless in the wording of the message they infer us not to reply ie "reply if you're interested", we understand some people don't reply and they have their own reasons but we still think its courtious and good manners to at least acknowledge someones effort but we aint gonna beat ourselves up over it we just move on.

By the way its not just cples, its across the spectrum?

Now, see, why cant all guys be polite like this when asking for advice?

if you maintain that attitude, and get to some local social meets, you shouldnt have much trouble getting meets. Nice polite single guys are (apparently) in short supply if you go by what's posted on here, although in our experience I think it's about 70/30 (in favour of the good guys) of the guys we've met or chatted to in chatroom.

We always reply to emails.. even if it is from a single guy but we never ever reply to winks as we think they are lazy.. We do state that in our profile though but we still get plenty!!

My 2pence worth.....we will only reply to messages if the person sending them has read our profile. For example we are forever receiving messages from single guys, when our profile clearly states we are NOT looking for single guys, and will not reply to received messages. Yet they still complain we haven't replied.
