I am saying that some women develop an inflated opinion of themselves due to the massive amount of attention they receive. This then leads to behaviour which can only be associated with Prima Donna status.... and has little to do with the 'real world'

You are quite right to point that out. Women have a hard time from many blokes who are complete aresholes. But the imbalance creates an 'unreal world' scenario meaning that real world communication between two people becomes almost impossible

I think you are underestimating women's ability to perceive reality. Most of us have real world communication all the time, we just have to say no more on fab. Saying no to dozens of men you find totally unappealing does nothing to alter your perception of reality.
