The difference between a cold and flu is this... If you saw a £20 note on the floor could you pick it up? Yes ,its a cold no it's flu

Sounds like a cold.

Flu symptoms include high temperature, aching muscles/ joints, dry chesty cough, sore throat, nausea, vommiting & diarrhoea.

Look on nhs.uk for more information.

"I have had a bad head cold for two weeks. Could it be flu?"

Flu tends to be at its worst in the first week if you have got it you would have been bed ridden last week. There's a horrible cold virus going round at the moment, we've had it for three weeks and only just starting to feel better, you might have that.

Paracetamol, fluids, rest.

It will go, in it's own time...

Rest, fluids, steam inhalation, paracetamol and time.

Vitamin c, zinc and i-lysene multivitamins. Those 3 work to boost your immune system. Cold and flu tablets can ease your symptoms a bit. Plenty fluids. Pretty much all you can do x

"I have had a bad head cold for two weeks. Could it be flu?"

It's a cold.

True flu really knocks you off your feet.

I had flu as a child and was so ill I was exhausted. I barely ate for a week as was nauseous, had a high temperature and hallucinations. It took me nearly as long to get my strengh back as I was ill.

If you're ever unfortunate enough to get flu, you'll not have to ask.

Leave the poor man alone.....he clearly has manflu.... (or medically speaking....according to a lady friend...pussyitus).

Seriously dude...if it was flu you wouldn’t need to ask.....you most likely wouldn’t be capable of asking. If it has stayed in your head...it’s a head cold. Hot tody of brandy, honey and warm water to wash down a couple of paracetamol.
