My wife's gone off sex we don't dont have it anymore tried most things she's just not interested now it's causing problems any ideas tried dogging various clubs she's just got no interest at all

Could you get to Relate or a counsellor of some type? They would help you talk about it without arguing. If you search "how to discuss sex with my partner" you might get some ideas too.

You're very unlikely to solve it by not talking though.

Some women find alternative remedies can be helpful. Unfortunately didn’t help me

However HRT has got me to this place!!! Lol

OP..when do you try to talk about sex? When you want it? Have you considered maybe trying to talk about it when you don't have a raging horn?

Perhaps a snuggle on the sofa, and express your concern for her, as a whole person, and not just the sex bit? Perhaps don't even mention sex at all? Otherwise, your attempts at conversation might just revolve around sex, causing instant pressure, and not address the root cause of the problem.
