To a degree - if you have an unhealthy diet, it’s likely to be more unpleasant & bitter tasting and can be pretty disgusting. If you eat a healthy diet, plenty of fruit, vegetables, vitamins etc then it’ll taste a damn sight better.

If my experience is anything to go by it's very variable.

In the main the majority of my partners haven't actively enjoyed the taste, but few have refused to take it in their mouth and the best have swallowed whether they liked the taste or not (not where they actively disliked it either to be fair)

I'm told that your diet effects the taste significantly, if you want more swallowing I've heard pineapple is the way to go
