When a single female profile, 2 weeks old, with no pics or verifications says 'she' received over 400 messages.....can this be right.....discuss?

I got 850 within the first 24 hrs. No pics. No veris. Minimal text. Alot of men (they were mainly men) prey on fresh meat.

Ha, I'm glad you used the 'D' as that's exactly what I was thinking. As a genuine male, with admittedly limited verifications on here but 30+ on another site, it does make me question persisting with my dalliance with Fabs. Why on earth spend time trying to stand out amongst all this desperation?

Honestly speaking a lots of ladies make it look bigger ,than is in the reality ! Views is one thing but messages . A lot of BS ! I see some guys would not look at them in the street twice ! But on fab they make it look that I a irresistible ! Don't believe everything people tell you on here ! Would be interesting to make a profile without a picture and see ! I don't believe it !!!

Oh damn Kinky-Minx has busted this single male who's pretending to be a single male

I used the term 'she' as I'm questioning how would anyone know that this is even a female? I've been swinging for over 10 years and genuinely lost count of the amount of tricks, scams, fakers and drama I've come across. Just seems to be amplified on this site.

Men like you was my biggest irritation. Questioning wether I’m a woman or genuine. Why don’t you just meet verified users. An let her find her feet. An you do get that many messages I’m surprised she isn’t getting more.

I had a single profile for a while, no pics and minimal info - hundreds of messages. Mostly men but the odd couple thrown in. To be honest it got tiresome real quick.

Yes, the amount of messages in the first few weeks is mind-blowing. It's flattering at first, then a bit scary, then becomes overwhelming. Despite having said all that, I love it here

No doubt lots of ladies receive hundreds of messages,pictures or not on profile,but who knows how many messages someone gets anyway,anyone can claim to get any number of messages with no way of being able to look at another persons profile and message count

And this reply includes literally so many truths....the lack of QA of profiles and of respondees.....so a lot of good people walk away because they can't sort the wheat from the chaff on both sides....I guess you get what you pay for.....oh wait....this is a free of charge site......

We had guys blocked but after a couple of months, we knocked it off for the day and received some 170 messages off guys.

So 400 for a newbie single lady is right. The guys must be banking on the newbie being green and resulting in an immediate meet.

I think it’s also a reason why men and women don’t stay. The nice women become fed up of millions of messages from pests and become passive aggressive which puts the good men off. The good men also get fed up of waiting for women to trawl through hundreds of messages to respond..

Probably why I don't bother messaging anyone. I know what it's like on here and I just sort of hang out on the forum. Things start up naturally but women on here have an unbelievable amount of attention to cope with.

You're a couple though, they know they have to speak to the male and the female, where as women on their own are open to thousands of messages. I literally don't send any messages on here now it's a waste of time as by the time it's received they'll have had 600 more new ones to sift through

I don’t remember us ever being inundated with messages either, although we’ve met some wonderful guys. It goes to show that the majority of single men on Fab have no interest in playing with MF couples.

Totally believe it to be true when we set up we had to untick meeting single guy box as received a silly amount of messages to deal with, even though we are a couple, a single girl must get 50 times more. Obviously people get an immediate high volume when new. We meet occaisonally but usually somebody we have chat with for a while just don't show that we do
