One of my friends as half and half we both met while going though breast cancer together hers was more advanced so needed a full mastectomy and opted for reconstruction afterwards.

She finds it really amusing when she’s with guys now as she finds they’ll focus on one side more than the other

As I have said many times on threads like this having surgery is a personal thing to whoever is having it

Myself after 3 children felt empty and not ‘like me’ so why wouldn’t I want to feel good again ? Just like buying clothes to make you look good , makeup and going to the gym

I paid for them myself, no one else and had done my unselfish years putting my family first with every available money I had so it was most certainly my time to have a treat

In fact very cheap and the price after years of that !!

Fake boobs are an amazing tool for women who are not confident in their breast size/shape or want to go bigger. Even for reconstructive surgery because of breast cancer. There shouldn't be a thread based on what is better. It's how the woman feels, that's important. Everyone has different style breasts, be it real or fake. I applaud individuality of all breasts and feeling comfortable in your skin. Be it enhanced or natural. I'm natural and love both.

The problem arises when men say what they prefer while putting down things they don't like in the process.

Love this post. We've been talking to a couple from here as well as doing our own research and the 'as real look as possible' is the desired outcome. There's absolutely no way you'd be able to tell our fab buddies are enhanced, no way, it's a great job, anything near that and we'd be over the moon.

Oh, and it's purely for cosmetic reasons, Mrs N has always wanted bigger boobs but is prepared to wait till they're 'heading south' her words. What do I get out of it? A happy woman

Love this post. We've been talking to a couple from here as well as doing our own research and the 'as real look as possible' is the desired outcome. There's absolutely no way you'd be able to tell our fab buddies are enhanced, no way, it's a great job, anything near that and we'd be over the moon.

Personally I would love to have fake boobs because it would make me feel happier... real boobs are also great but mine personally I would like to change! I’ve seen loads of real and fake boobs all look and feel different... as long as you yourself are happy that’s what counts...

I have 2 friends who have enhanced boobs and i think they look amazing. The difference i find is that they like to show them off and i tend to keep my 34DD boobs a little more hidden when we go out.(unless i've had a few drinks before i get ready!

For fear of sounding like a white knight, I have absolutely no preference.

I prefer a confident woman who is comfortable in her own skin. Whether her boobs are enhanced, un-enhanced, removed or whatever.

I had a ladyfriend a long time ago who was a 32A. Perfectly happy with what nature had given her.

At the other extreme, I knew lady on here who was immensely proud of her post mastectomy boob job. It gave her a new lease of life. She was particularly proud of the realistic nipple tattoos!

Whatever you choose to do, do it for you...
