I wear them for up to an hour (on a good day). I've never found them comfortable and don't get any different reactions between a stiletto heel or a chunky heel. I normally only wear them as they go with an outfit I have on and don't have a chunkier heel in that colour, but I always change into flats at some point.

They are uncomfortable BUT yes I do feel sexy in them! Ladies legs look lovely in heels!

There's a website called Alternative Footwear, they go down to a size 2 I think. I buy most of my smart shoes from there.
