I have noticed that there is a trend lately where a face picture is expected straight away with first message. What happened to discretion ? Or privacy

I can't speak for anyone else but for me I want to know who I'm talking to.

I don't insist on a face pic in the first message but if one isn't forthcoming within the first few messages I don't waste my time talking to them.

What's the point in chatting for ages and then you finally get to see a face pic and they look like shrek's uglier brother? There has to be a physical attraction to want to fuck someone.

Surely if your messaging hoping to meet sending a face picture gives you the best chance of them replying to you and getting a meet?

I only choose to message people with face pics and always attach one with my first message. I don't want to waste my time and others talking shite when there is no attraction!

I must admit that if I make first contact,i will attach a face pic.There is always the option to have your pic removed once the message has been read.If people have any intention of meeting then surely the face has to be seen at some point!

If a face pic has been requested initially I follow that. Otherwise a few messages and then request seems to work well.

Discretion comes with the fact 99.9% of fellow Fabbsters (male or female) don't show face on main profile

We were told we were fakes this morning because we asked for a face pic. Just seems logical to see if there's a physical attraction as early as possible. The need to be discrete is a flimsy excuse for us

You never really know someone just by talking to them on a swingers site. I show my face on my profile and expect to receive one with a first message. If I don’t I delete, I expect that will happen a lot to you if you don’t bother sending yours.

How can you say you actually know someone on here? When do you, after exchanging a few messages think yep, I know this person now and can send a face pic? People, like you, run their profiles in a way that suits them, all you have to do is find other users that do the same as you.

Oh the hypocrisy. There are people on this thread with no public photos, or very few photos or even hidden profiles. People in glass houses etc

Our faces are private due to family and work discretion sadly. If there wasn’t a stigma attached to this lifestyle then I’m sure we’d all have face photos in our public albums.

I always do as a matter of course ,if for your job I understand or if you're cheating I understand but if you want to chat and get to know person concerned attraction has to be their or what's the point

No, we chat first. Gauge whether they’re genuine or not and then share face pics. We’d have a social then, to establish whether we click in the real world and if all parties are happy, play time.

OP look at it this way - it saves embarrassment later on. If you chat away and build up a good rapport and then get their face photo and there's zero attraction, it's awkward for both parties. Best to send it right away and get it over with quick.

I'm the same, I want to chat a bit first. If they want a face pic quicker than that then we're just not compatible and I won't be meeting them.

If we’re interested in a woman and message her we send a face pic with that first message. Sometimes we get one back, sometimes we don’t, but there’s no expectation to get one in return. It was our choice to send ours, it’s equally their choice to send, or not.

If we’ve chatted for a bit, get along nicely, they are attracted to us and we still haven’t seen a face pic then we’d ask to see one, as we don’t want to waste anyone’s time.
