Good hosts, explain the ground rules up front and have an area where people can have a break and a bit of a natter. We've only been to one party but it was a fantastic night. Oh if I'm there then bubbly is a must coz it turns me into a raving nymph!! Ms

Keep a bottle for just that purpose, though for naughty parties prefer to stay on the sober side of life. A bottle shared or licked off of someone can be fun though.

All the above.Its sometimes helpful for the host to ask the couples/singles to introduce themselves and say a bit about what they like/dont like/sexual orientation etc.When playing it saves having to think "is she bi" etc.

Another thing we find is that its best if there is a designated area for smokers so that those who prefer a clean atmosphere get one...quiet a few couples at parties have said to us "great party but too smokey".
