Not us. I imagine it would be pretty difficult.

Not entirely but I'll say my swing friends outnumber my vanilla friends. When I say "swing" friends I'll qualify things a bit.

I have a lot of friends who I've had sex with at some point in time but we often meet in a social non-sexual setting also - dinner, drinks, movie etc etc. And every social meeting doesn't end up in sex (some do if the mood is right) and neither of us expect it.

Then there's another group of "swing" friends who I only meet for sex - might start as a sort of dinner/drinks setting somewhere but sex at the end is almost certain and everyone expects it.

I remember years ago on here someone saying how they he'd how swinging had become so mainstream as 99% of their friends were swingers. I mutual admit I felt quite sorry for them.why would anyone want to lead such a one dimensional life?

I think that's being very judgemental. And a tad ignorant. I know you're not directing your comment at me and so I'm being general. Everyone's mileage may vary, for some the social interaction with people who you also have sex with is plenty and fulfilling. For others it's obviously not. Nothing wrong with either side.

I've got friends still from when I wasn't an adult and have people from all walls of life. I tend to attract people who are open minded and relaxed about sexual pursuits - but haven't just one core other theme amongst them.

I have may friends from.both the swinging and kink scenes gained over several years. Each to their own but to me a life where all my friends were from one shared interest that would be way too one dimensional. But that goes for any past tine not just swinging. .

I agree with bike monkey (for a change). I don't think swingers are the most diverse group of people going and i think it enriches your life to include people of the same intellect who can challenge your world view.
