"One is not delibratly touching the other, no different than someone leaning into you with their breasts at a bar..." The difference is that the person leaning into you is in the bar for pleasure and is presumably deliberately touching you with her breasts. She could leave at any time, and did not have to interact with you. In your scenario you are making it so that your hairdresser has to rub herself against you, which you are presumably enjoying. She cannot tell you to fuck off, and she can't refuse to cut your hair because that would result in disciplinary from her employer and potentially her being fired. The first is a consensual scenario where the woman has instigated physical contact presumably after flirting with you and establishing you were up for it. The second is appalling conduct that preys on a power dynamic between the client and the employee, and relies on the fact that she can't risk losing her job. | |||
