So guys or indeed lasses, those of you who get your hair cut by a lass do you leave your elbows out a touch ......

Or those who are in the trade how common is this.....and do you ever occasionally press delibratly against the elbow...

Obviously guys who cut hair may even encounter the problem....or is it a problem

I just feel like going to sleep when I am having my hair cut. It's the gentle buzz of Mrs N's daughters clippers and the snip snip snip. zzzzzzzz

Glad it's not just me! So relaxing getting a haircut. Why I have no clue.

No doubt at this hour they're busy cutting hair, unless on coffee break, or or or they're having encounter with client who's elbow hit a vital spot...

Pretty sure that deliberately touching somebody's body in a sexually intimate way without consent is actually sexual assault.

Don't do it. Your hairdresser is just trying to do their job. They can't tell you to fuck off because otherwise they'd lose their job, so they have to put up with your shitty behaviour.

One is not delibratly touching the other,

no different than someone leaning into you with their breasts at a bar...

The difference is that the person leaning into you is in the bar for pleasure and is presumably deliberately touching you with her breasts. She could leave at any time, and did not have to interact with you.

In your scenario you are making it so that your hairdresser has to rub herself against you, which you are presumably enjoying. She cannot tell you to fuck off, and she can't refuse to cut your hair because that would result in disciplinary from her employer and potentially her being fired.

The first is a consensual scenario where the woman has instigated physical contact presumably after flirting with you and establishing you were up for it. The second is appalling conduct that preys on a power dynamic between the client and the employee, and relies on the fact that she can't risk losing her job.
