Professional:

Has a job....is paid for doing it?

Or:

Up their own arse and sees themselves as better than others?

Choose your own definition.

Just because it means that to you doesn't necessarily mean that they see it that way. The use of the word isn't an insult to other people although many perceive it as such, it's just a way of describing oneself.

If you don't like professionals, don't contact them.

It's also a great word for deterring the desperately insecure people who have a melt down over the idea someone might look down on them. Newsflash, if you are a swinger then most people look down on you!

Professionals... i struggle with this concept.

Historically there were only 3 professions medicine, law and divinity. Nowadays professions tens to be those with a set training, those with a xode of conduct and regulating professional body.

Do we really care about what people do for work on a swinging site? Most will be economical with the truth.

If someone's going to perform surgery it's probably a good idea for them to be better than the norm.

Just look elsewhere if you're not what certain couples want or should they have to meet you if there age preference makes you to old as well ?

Exactly! We class ourselves as professionals in our careers, it isn't a class thing at all, unless someone makes it one.
