Why not just block them in the message filters.... click on the 'dont have public pictures' problem solved.....

What makes me laugh is the profiles which state cant put pics up because of their job....now come on are people really gonna recognise u from yer arse pic or headless bodyshot lol

My first thought also.

I have over 45 photos on here... but looking at my profile it implies I only have a dozen.

Just because you can't see any photos, it doesn't mean they don't have any.
