Usually around 6 to 10 times a week, although I could definitely have more...so far this week 7...and I like both but am trying to be careful of my sciatic nerve at the mo so has mostly been less of the roughness...although had the house to ourselves earlier so got a bit rampant...needs must n all that

Yes I took a week of work as it's my birthday week was dogging Monday and then was sauna hopping where I started in northwhich Wednesday then stayed in Birmingham Thursday and Friday the last two days I've been so worn out but need the energy for Mondays that's my big day x
