After reading through the comments and then reading my OP I can see how I can now see why I've had a record number of profile views. Lol

Let me say that it's hard to get your true intensions in a forum or even WhatsApp or text sometimes.

Let me also say that I did not post it for the attention or an ego boost or anything else that was suggested. It comes from a genuine place and it wasn't intended to bash my race or any self hate. I'm a very proud Black man.

I understand the importance of race and I know that it's still an issue regardless of what some may say. Thone that say race doesn't matter or they don't see race is apart of the issue.

We all see race first, we all (on occasion) play into the hands of the social stereotypes.

I think if we were more honest and open about race then we would be able to understand every ones culture better. With that understanding all racial stereotypical barriers would come down.

Within certain Black cultures, women are not highly "respected", then white women are even less "respected". This is also a common custom within certain Asian cultres.

So when I see Black men displaying this behaviour, in a swingers club environment or when im on the doors working I don't like it.

Let me say that it's hard to get your true intensions in a forum or even WhatsApp or text sometimes.

Let me also say that I did not post it for the attention or an ego boost or anything else that was suggested. It comes from a genuine place and it wasn't intended to bash my race or any self hate. I'm a very proud Black man.

I understand the importance of race and I know that it's still an issue regardless of what some may say. Thone that say race doesn't matter or they don't see race is apart of the issue.

We all see race first, we all (on occasion) play into the hands of the social stereotypes.

I think if we were more honest and open about race then we would be able to understand every ones culture better. With that understanding all racial stereotypical barriers would come down.

Within certain Black cultures, women are not highly "respected", then white women are even less "respected". This is also a common custom within certain Asian cultres.

So when I see Black men displaying this behaviour, in a swingers club environment or when im on the doors working I don't like it.

I am trying to explain my problem with your post and not having a free pop at you.

But having an opening thread about 'Black' stereotypes from someone called 'Blackmagic' and who

fails to see why he is not taken seriously shows something.

I mean what was wrong with 'Magic' or 'Magic Man'. I have sweated blood to avoid on this profile and on my kink profile references to colour. Hence my rather anodyne profile name, but it is my non fab nickname. Someone here called himself Brain' I wish I had thought of that.

Seriously you may be great guy but there is clearly a disconnect. It is like calling yourself black horse dick and complaining about other guys using black stereotypes.

The problem is that even before: "who is that private dick who is sex machine to the chicks. Shaft, we can dig it" there are those who have played the stereotype. I will not criticise because in basic sales it is give the punters what they want and there are a number of people who want it. It is not for me but if someone feels it helps them get laid good luck to them. Fab is not real life but it does seem to reflect the prejudices and preferences of real life.

I don't get the point of this post. Was there some sort of outcry regarding this issue? You then went on to say a small number of them , so if it's a small number and there's no outcry why bring up? What was your reasoning behind this post that you know would be a touchy subject? Have some your female friends been complaining about this ? Please enlighten me.

A lot of things are playing out here.

Over the past 3 decades the way the guys were brought up has been very different from the way the men of old were brought up.

Even in the responses of these guys on the thread I can clearly see the absence of a male figure bringing them up.

They are so quick to jump in support of the ladies and act in a disrespectful manner to other guys. All this so that some ladies will take pity on them and meet them, it's really sad. The truth is that women are not attracted to this kind of weakness and this kind of behaviour. Women are only attracted to confidence.

Well I will give them some old school game from the men of old,

when you have only one girl, you are subject to whatever she says and you will be into her, taking all the bad and disrespectful things she will dish out to you. You will also be very insecure and think negatively of every guy that talks to her in the swingers club.

However, when you have five girls openly, in a matured and responsible manner, not hiding or cheating, all the ladies know themselves , then you will not need to feel insecure or accept any kind of disrespect. This is the only solution to being insecure. The confidence and game that makes you this kind of man that can handle being with multiple ladies openly and correctly is what you need to find.

One must assume it's used as a USP but it does seem to re enforce historical stereotypes that if I were black, I'd be keen to at least avoid, or positively challenge.......
