Hi all. Question for a friend of mine.

Is it possible to lose your libido because of a lack of sex? I have a friend who is in a sexless marriage (as in no sex in the past 3 years) due to his wife's anti depressants. He has been faithful although it was frustrating! In the last year he has said his wanting sex just disappeared and he wasn't bothered in the slightest, even to the point of no masturbation.

Now his wife has come of her medication with her sex drive returning, and he has absolutely no libido.

Any thoughts / advice?

Im hoping the old 'the more sex you get the more you want it' will work for them. Xx

I think he's booked in to see his GP next week. He hates talking about things sex related, so hope he goes though with the appointment
