Helping the neighbour!

Hi Guys

I’m helping a neighbour to clear her loft out today. She’s about 50, attractive and single! When we met to discuss the ‘job’ I felt there was some chemistry between us.

Does anyone have any ideas about how to initiate some fun?

Its more than likely she doesn't want NSA with a neighbour but if you do broach the subject be subtle and use body language and eye contact and look for the right responses.
