I'm getting plenty of friends invites daily from - usually guys - sending me friends invites when I have never even chatted to them!

I can easily imagine why.

Is this common to other ladies on here?

it's constant! I wish there was a way to stop it, I think it's rude for someone you have never conversed with to ask to see private pictures, would they walk up to you in the street and ask if you had any pics in your purse that they could see?

Yeah it does wind me up when a couple from some island off Scotland sends a friends request. Quite clearly it's a perv session. My usual trick is to wait till much later accept request look at their private photos then block them

I think so. Its a sex site after all. You're displaying teasing pics for public view, if they like what they see its only natural they want to see more. After all isn't that why we display public ones... To draw attention?

I only found this out the other day too.

Clearly states in my profile, won't accept requests unless we've chatted.

And if people judt want to be friends, thinking they'll get to look at my other pics, they'd be very disappointed.

I swap my public, friends pics round, there's nothing in there that hasn't been public at some point

Me either. I would assume it's because they like the look of a profile but may be attracted to faces more than bodies so send a friends request in the hope they then have more visual information to make that attraction decision on.

Used to think the constant friends requests on a previous couples account was because of having private pics. But still got them when we only had public pics. Suspect there are a number of different reasons for the requests including vanity, association and a commonly stated one of being able to see when on-line and posting updates etc.

I have a paticular guy who sends them alot,I delete on purpose,bemused by it I write in private notes dates he sends them,he has never messaged me,

I introduced myself to him once at a party,he said yes I know who you are,and looked away,was very offish,well why is he sending me friends requests I haven't a clue

I used to get friend requests before I started telling people I actually want to be friends before friending people lol... I've got a public wall of photos as a buffer zone for those who want to use organic produced pornography as wanking material... which is what I direct people towards if they get insistent with me.

I tend to chat to women before sending a request. Have occasionally sent a friend request without chatting but its just with the intention of finding them easily so we can chat another day. I dont do it to access friends only pictures although i do tend to have a quick browse when someone accepts my request to make sure there is nothing weird they are in to. Im more interested in the profile to be honest.

Just ignore the request and if they persist, then use the handy block button.

Sadly, it’s gonna be a common problem, as they’re plenty of guys on here who think with their second brain and forget that there’s an actual person the other end.

with 11 pics almost all the same, maybe people want to see a bit more of you before chatting, so mix up your pics a bit more with some variation, drop the friend only pics down and you'll probably get left
