Search for peer rope groups on Fet_life, they are all over and most likely one close to you.

There are also helpful tutorials on youtube, search for shibari.

I love rope, as either a bunny or a rigger.

As others have said, fetlife is the place to look, you'll find peer rope groups and rope jams aplenty!
